 As compensation, M. Dorfman Inc. charges a fee based on a percentage of gross receipts collected from the property each month. This fee ranges from 10 to 12 percent depending on the size and nature of the units. No additional fees are charged for our services with the exception of property sales and appraisals. Often individual clients require specialized services, tailored to the needs of the particular investment property. We work closely with each owner in order to meet those needs. Each client receives a detailed easy to read monthly computerized statement, showing all receipts and disbursements made to your account through our office.
