    Property Inspections
    When we take over an account we visit the property to assess the current condition. We take photographs and notes to create a permanent record noting the condition of the property including appliances, windows, doors, plumbing fixtures and flooring. In addition we inspect the exterior of the property.
    We conduct two inspections of occupied properties during the 1st year to insure that the property is being cared for.

    Tenant Screening and Rent Collection
    We work hard to get the best tenants for your home. Our screening includes a credit check, eviction check, past rental payment history and income verification. Once completed, we review all of this data thoroughly to determine if the prospect qualifies to lease your home. We take rent collection very seriously and our eviction rate is very low due to our extensive pre-screening.

    Financial Accounting
    Our state of the art web based technology allows you to view your monthly accounting statements on line from the convenience of any computer.

    Home Owner Associations
    We work with all associations to insure that your tenant is in compliance with the CC& R’s of the community. We handle any complaints in a timely manner for quick resolution with the tenants.

    How it Works
    In order to keep your financials secure, we use a portal system which communicates with your email.

    Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit but it will only work once.
